GalleryNet is a gallery management platform that connects galleries, artists, and art enthusiasts. The Service includes a web platform for gallery management, a mobile application for discovering art and events, and related tools for content management, communication, and social media integration.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or share through the Service. By submitting content, you grant GalleryNet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or these Terms.

5. Social Media Integration

GalleryNet allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (including Instagram and Facebook) to publish content. When you connect a social media account, you authorize GalleryNet to access and use your account information as permitted by the respective platform. You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your organization settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by GalleryNet, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GalleryNet Holding B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
